Assignment two
When talking about inequality as writers, we should consider what type of inequality we are talking about, such as economic inequality, opportunity inequality, political inequality, etc. We should also consider who the audience is going to be so as writers we can communicate to how our audience is going to best understand what we write. We have to consider all view points, and consider the feelings of the audience. It's best to have facts that back up what we're saying, so that we know what we're saying about inequality is correct. Writing about inequality challenges us to rely on rhetorical skills by making sure we use to correct word choices with what we are communicating, and setting a tone that is best for what we're writing.
I agree that it is important to consider the type of inequality that we are talking about as writers, but what is your reasoning on why you think that this is important? Also when writing about inequality what kind of tone do you aim for in your writing?
ReplyDeleteI agree with considering the different types of inequality and doing this will allow us to write to different audiences because there are many different types of inequality and everyone is affected differently
